Who is PANG?
PANG is a Taiwanese cafe located on Clerk Street, Edinburgh. We aim to provide a welcoming space for relaxing, studying, or catching up with friends.
All of our treats and desserts are homemade and baked in-house, right down to the brown sugar syrup. We are introducing new flavours to UK exotic food lovers, promoting the collaboration and communication between eastern culture and western culture. We are building up a reliable channel for Oriental students and immigrants to enjoy hometown food easily.
The taro wheel cake was amazing! Lightly crunchy and crispy, it was a little warm without being overly hot, and creamy on the inside. Delicious.

Delicious made-to-order Nutella wheel cake, hojicha choux bun with crispy craquelin, really pleasant yuzu cheesecake washed down with hojicha latte (my new favourite drink). Very peaceful place. Hardworking, efficient staff! Definitely recommend.

If you like matcha taste you have to try Matcha choux bun, it tastes like heaven! Hojicha bun is good as well, tea is nice. A bit pricey, but matcha bun worth it.
